As a guest in the hotel Astoria – you should know:

Breakfast / Dinner

All rates mentioned are inclusive of half board. If you wish to have just breakfast please advise us ahead of your arrival. We will reduce the mentioned rates by 10.- Euro for each not consumed dinner.

Arrival / Departure

On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 03:00 PM onwards. At the day of departure you should have cleared your room latest by 11:00 AM. In case you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, then we will be happy to offer the Vital centre for your convenience..

Rooms

All rooms have a balcony, hair dryer, safe and some have a make-up mirror. In every room you will find bath robes, towels and slippers. The differences in rates are given by size of the room, view and equipement of the room. All other services are the same for each category of rooms.

We offer to book different room types but are not able to book a special room number or the floor you want to stay on.

Smoking / Non smoking

For the convenience of the guests and your health we would like to advise you that the whole hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies on our sun terrace or in RAINER’s bar.

Dress code

In the interest of our guests for a nice and enjoyable holiday we will ask you not to go in bath robes or a tracksuit to the breakfast or dinner.

Families

If you are a family and you arrive with children a tour hotel you have the possibilty to book a spacious family room or 2 double rooms with an interconnecting door. Please ask for our special family offers.

Please note that it is impossible to add an extra bed to our single rooms or the classic double rooms.

Third or fourth person

Some of our rooms offer enough space for 1 or 2 extra beds. We will give a reduction of 20%  on the basic rate per person for the room type..

Packages

Please note that any in a package included but not consumed service will not be refunded.

Dogs

We welcome your dog if you advice us before arrival. Animals are not allowed in the dining area and the well-being area. Please bring a basket and a blanket for your dog with you. For your dog we will charge you 8.- Euro per day without food.

Please note that in case of a needed special cleaning of the room we will charge you accordingly.

Internet

As a alpine Spa hotel it is important for us that we keep some areas free of electric smog. Because of this we offer a free of charge Internet connection only in the public area.

Mobile phones

Everyone wants to enjoy his holiday. We ask you not to use your mobile phone in the public area of the hotel.

Deposit payments

Whenever you reserve a room at the hotel Astoria we request a deposit of Euro 200.- for each booked adult. You may do so with your credit card or via bank transfer to account mentioned below:

Cancellations policy

In accordance to the rules of the Austrian Hotel contract rules

Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival we will charge 80% of the agreed price.  No shows will be charged with 100% of the holiday price. In case you depart earlier then we will charge for the full booked period.

Means of payment

We accept cash, EC card,  maestro card,Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Parking

For your car we have a parking lot behind the hotel. Please noite that we are not able toto reserve a fix parking space.

Hotel-Shuttle

We operate our own shuttle bus. If you arrive with the train then we will pick you up at the train station free of charge. We offer as well transfers to and from the airport (Salzburg / Munich) and to the “Radon Galleries”. Please ask us for details.
