In this classic form of sauna you will perspire in the traditional Finnish way. With a temperature of 90 °C and relatively low humidity it is seriously hot!

Enjoy a 10 to 15 minute session in the Finnish sauna and afterwards you should cool off your body for optimal effect, for example with a refreshing dip in the ice-cold water of our plunge pool in the sauna area …

• Steam Room

Steam Room
Gentle perspiration. In the ASTORIA steam room you can enjoy a lower temperature of 45°C and high humidity, relaxing and gentle effects of perspiration, as the Ancient Romans used to.

The hot-cold effect is also recommended for healthy perspiration after the steam room and it is advised to cool off in the ASTORIA plunge pool!

• Infrared Cabin

Infrared Cabin
In the ASTORIA Infrared Cabin enjoy warmth, light & fitness all in one! An infrared cabin will make you perspire at a relatively low temperature of 45 °C and is therefore particularly beneficial for organism and metabolism.

At the same time your body goes through an effective workout for the immune system. The beneficial deep warmth of an infrared cabin is absorbed directly by the skin and gives an especially healthy perspiration. Toxins are flushed out and skin and body are revived!
